Message I got recently:

I think there's a good chance we'll be able to reduce your debt down to 0 with our debt Assistance Program. We'll even loan new. I've, $1,000 to get you started. We need to access, so please give me a call as soon as possible. At (866) 203-9552."

The return number was 623-871-2692.
