Circadian rhythms

Interesting note about changing time zones that I learned on my last deployment: it takes only a few days to adjust your sleep schedule, but 2-3 weeks to change your bladder schedule. When you combine this with an desert environment where you need to drink a lot more water, and a camp environment where the pisser is about 100 yards away, you find yourself getting up sometime in the middle of the your sleep cycle to get dressed and walk-run to the bathroom. Quite annoying.

ha ha ha...that's awesome to hear about but would be even funnier to watch. why get dressed? its the middle of the night...no one is watching and if they are...they deserve the show. :) Too bad you can't just piss outside your door. that would be so much easier. that's the nice thing about camping.

Heh...well, the best reason is because it's b*lls @ss cold.

Also relevant, if I was seen, I'd be in pretty big trouble.

Interesting historical note: in the field portion of basic training (12 years ago!!!), we would piss out the back door of the tent. They didn't like that though because people were getting pinkeye.
